PELLA – Grinnell College shot a 375 and is in third place after the opening day of the Central College Spring Invite golf meet Friday at Bos Landen.

Stephanie Spahr '14 led the Pioneers with a 90 and is tied for eighth. Hailey Speck '15 was close behind at 91 and is tied for 10th. Also in the mix are Kayleigh Kresse '15 (96, tied for 18th) and Alex Plemmons '15 (98, tied for 22nd).

Central leads the team standings with a 345 and Taylor Hill of the Dutch is the individual leader with a 79. The meet concludes Saturday.
