GRINNELL - Grinnell College's Amanda Stromquist '12 (Minneapolis, Minn./Southwest) has been named the Midwest Conference Softball Performer of the Week.

Stromquist, a two-time All-MWC selection, had a huge week as she hit .455 with two RBIs for the Pioneers. She also had a .941 fielding percentage in that span and a 5.56 ERA.

The MWC Pitcher of the Week is Beloit College's Katy Sandt.
