Grinnell College Athletics

For the second time this season, Grinnell College’s Tommy Pitcher ’17, from Ames, Iowa (Ames), has been named the Midwest Conference Men’s Tennis Performer of the Week.
 
In matches during the past week on the team’s spring break trip to Florida, Pitcher posted a perfect 4-0 mark at No. 3 singles and added a 3-1 record at the top doubles spot with Cole Miller ’17 to lift the Pioneers to three wins in four matches.
 
For the season, Pitcher is 12-4 in singles for the Pioneers, who are ranked 14^th in the Central Region.
