Amanda Stromquist, a senior pitcher/first baseman from Minneapolis, Minn. (Southwest), was just named the Midwest Conference Softball Performer of the Week. Stromquist, a two-time All-MWC selection, had a huge week as she hit .455 with two RBIs for the Pioneers. She also had a .941 fielding percentage in that span and a 5.56 ERA.
