Grinnell College Athletics

Grinnell College's Morgan Sullivan '15, a 5-7 defender from Cross Plains, Wis. (Middleton), has been named the Midwest Conference Women's Soccer Defensive Performer of the Week.

Sullivan played a key role in the Pioneers posting a pair of weekend shutouts, topping Lawrence University 2-0 and playing St. Norbert College to a 0-0 draw.

Grinnell now has eight shutouts on the season to lead the MWC (in league matches) in that department as well as goals against average.

The MWC Offensive Performer of the Week was Casey Wehyrich of Carroll University.
