Catherine Fitch ’13 , from Edmonds, Wash. (Lakeside School), was recently named the Midwest Conference Women's Tennis Performer of the Week.
Fitch was a perfect 9-of-9 in her matches over the weekend to lead the Pioneers. She won singles matches against Monmouth College, Knox College, Carroll University and Lake Forest College while competing anywhere between the No. 3 through 5 spots. She posted doubles wins against the same schools as well as against Illinois College, competing at either the No. 1 or No. 2 levels with Laura Krull or Hanna Feldman.
Fitch is now 6-1 in singles play and 7-4 overall in doubles.
