Grinnell College Athletics

For the third time this season, Grinnell College has claimed the Midwest Conference Women’s Tennis Performer of the Week honor.
 
This week’s award was collected by Milica Cvrkota ’21, from Vrsac, Serbia (XII Belgrade).
 
Cvrkota, already enjoying a superb collegiate debut season, added to that over the weekend with a strong performance at the ITA Midwest Regional Championships. She advanced to the round of 16 in singles play and teamed with Amelia Cogan ’18 to make the round of 16 in doubles. Overall at the event, she was 2-1 in singles and went 4-1 in doubles.
 
For the season, the Pioneers’ top player is 12-2 in singles play and a combined 11-2 in doubles.
