Grinnell College’s Sabrina Tang '23 was named Midwest Conference Women’s Tennis Newcomer of the Year for the 2019-20 campaign.
 
Playing at the No. 1 spot in singles, Tang accumulated a record of 15-3 and finished second in the MWC singles tourney. Tang added an 12-1 mark in doubles play, including a 10-1 record with Sophia de los Reyes '23 as they claimed the championship in the second flight of the MWC Tourney.
