With a dominating performance Saturday, Grinnell College's Leo Esztergomi '24 has been named the first Midwest Conference Men's Tennis Performer of the Week in the 2021-22 campaign.

Esztergomi, from Bethesda, Md. (Walt Whitman), was a combined 20-1 in games as the Pioneers blew past Central College 8-1 Saturday. Esztergomi sailed to a 6-1, 6-0 victory at No. 1 singles and teamed with Karch Knoll '25 to post an 8-0 victory at No. 2 doubles.
