Annie Filkins unleased the fourth-best performance in the weight throw in Grinnell indoor track and field history at Saturday’s Grinnell Invitational. Filkins’ toss of 40-4 ¼ is the best at Grinnell makes her just one of four Grinnell throwers to ever surpass the 40-foot mark in the event.
