Victor Ghazal ’16, a 5-11, 155-pound forward from The Woodlands, Texas (Concordia Lutheran), was recently named Midwest Conference Men's Soccer Offensive Performer of the Week.

Ghazal was a scoring machine for the Pioneers in the past week, tallying the team’s lone goal in a 2-1 loss to Central College and then erupting for two more goals in the Pioneers’ first win of the season, a 3-2 decision over Buena Vista University Sunday. Ghazal is the team’s leading scorer on the season with four goals in as many contests.
