Frank Canady '14 of Iowa City, Iowa (West) was recently named the Midwest Conference Men's Cross Country Performer of the Week. Canady, a qualifier for the NCAA Division III National Championships in 2012, is off to another strong start as he ran a personal-best time of 25:15 at the Les Duke Invitational Saturday. He finished fourth in a field of 166 runners while running the fastest time in the MWC this season. His clocking ranks 10th in program history.
