Miller shattered Grinnell’s school record in the triple jump with an effort of 36-2. That topped the previous Pioneer best of 34-4 ¾ set by Skye Langs in 2003, and gave Miller a runner-up finish in the event. Miller also went 16-1/2 in the long jump, the fifth-best performance in Pioneer history.
