DUBUQUE, Iowa – Grinnell College's women's swimming and diving team dominated Saturday's dual swimming and diving meet at Loras College, winning every event contested in a 193-71 victory.

Nikki Schlegel '22 led the way for Grinnell with four event victories, including wins in the 100- and 200-yard freestyles in 58.19 seconds and 2:04.39, respectively. She also won the 100 butterfly in 1:04.70 and swam a leg on the winning 200 medley relay that had a time of 1:58.25. Rounding out that relay were
Olivia Klein '24,
Genevieve Martinez '24 and
Maree Elliott '24.

Klein added a win in the 200 individual medley in 2:25.46, while Elliott was on the first-place 200 freestyle relay team that had a clocking of 1:47.64. Others on the unit were
Aliya Swearngin 25,
Camryn Gonzales '25 and
Enya Gamble '22.

Sophia Carroll '25 got wins in the 200 butterfly and 200 breaststroke with times of 2:22.97 and 2:38.75 and
Sophie Wojdylo '22 won both 1-meter diving events with scores of 162.50 and 206.40.

Kate Bartz '25 in the 1000 freestyle (12:19.74),
Valentina Ishchenko '25 in the 100 backstroke (1:03.10),
Dorothy Anna Russell '24 in the 100 breaststroke (1:17.73) and Gamble in the 50 freestyle (27.01), Gonzales in the 200 backstroke (2:19.36) and
Maddie Sevier '23 in the 500 freestyle (5:55.04). Ischenko just missed making the program's top 20 in the 100 backstroke.

Grinnell is off until Dec. 3-4 when it hosts the Pioneer Classic.
