GRINNELL, Iowa – With the Midwest Conference Championships looming less than three weeks away, Grinnell College's women's swimming and diving team tuned up with a convincing victory at its own Mini-Invite Saturday.

Grinnell tallied 313 points at Russell K. Osgood Pool to easily beat runner-up Iowa State Swim Club, which had 80.

Camryn Gonzales '25 posted four event victories for Grinnell, winning the 50-yard freestyle in 25.31 seconds, 50 butterfly in 26.56 and swimming legs on the first-place 200 medley and 400 freestyle relay teams that had times of 1:53.55 and 3:46.80, respectively.

Molly Ryan '27,
Bella Takata '28 and
Sarah Lopez '26 completed the medley team, while Ryan,
Samantha Cook '27 and
Ciara Vogler '26 were on the freestyle squad.

Other champs were Cook in the 200 freestyle (2:02.50) and 200 individual medley (2:22.97),
Sophie Juethner '26 in the 50 backstroke (28.81),
Maya Comer '28 in the 50 breaststroke (33.61),
Eva Cuevas '25 in the 100 butterfly (1:04.16),
Ann Maisuradze '27 in 3-meter diving (121.45 points), Vogler in the 100 breaststroke (1:14.63), Ryan in the 500 freestyle (5:31.57) and
Maria Rossi '25 in 1-meter diving (169.50 points).
