GRINNELL, Iowa - Maycee Cline recently joined Grinnell College as an athletic trainer.

Cline's primary roles will be serving with the football and track and field programs.

Cline earned her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Mount Mercy University in 2023 and a master's degree in Athletic Training from the University of Northern Iowa in 2025. Her certifications include Certified Athletic Trainer by the Board of Certification and licensed by the State of Iowa, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialization, structure and function/foundations in dry needling, and a lifeguard instructor and basic life support instructor from the American Red Cross.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors and at the lake.
