INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Grinnell College's Evan Ingraham '29 experienced the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships for the first time in his career Thursday, swimming the 38^th-fastest time in the 100-yard butterfly preliminary round.
 
Ingraham had a clocking of 49.72 seconds at the IU Natatorium, which is a career-best by .21 of a second. That time ranks fourth in GC history.
 
Ingraham will compete in the 200 butterfly on Friday and 200 backstroke on Saturday.
