GRINNELL, Iowa – Grinnell College assistant swimming and diving coach Beth Mitchell has been named a winner of the prestigious 2026 "30 Under 30" honor from the American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA).
 
The award honors exceptional young coaches who represent the future of the swimming profession. These outstanding individuals will receive a full registration grant to attend the 2026 ASCA World Clinic Presented by Fitter & Faster.
 
The clinic, which is Sept. 9-12 in Orlando, Fla., is the premier annual event for coaching education and professional development. The full release can be found here.
