Background:
Born in Austin, Texas … son of Belen Avellan and Andrew Guyton … has three siblings, Kyger, Layton and Eli Guyton.
 
High School:
Graduated from Carbondale Community High School, where he participated in soccer … was second-team All-Conference in 2019 and first-team All-Conference and All-South in 2017 … had 18 goals and 31 assists … aside from athletics, was a member of the National Honor Society, an All-State Scholar, member of the Honor Roll.

College:
2021: All-Midwest Conference second team ... Academic All-Conference.
2019: Academic All-Conference.
