Lauren Chen joined the Grinnell College golf coaching staff in 2025. Chen graduated from Grinnell College in 2024. During her time at Grinnell, she was a member of the women’s golf team and named captain during her third and fourth seasons. Some of her accolades included being a four-time first-team All-Conference recipient, receiving WGCA All-Central Region Honors, being named SLIAC Player of the Week on various occasions and competing with the team at the 2021 and 2024 Division III Women’s Golf National Championships.
