Born in Walnut Creek, Calif. … son of Carol Northing and Richard Northing … has one sibling, Poppy Northing.
 
High School:
Graduated from The Athenian School, where participated in varsity soccer four years, as well as basketball, track and field and cross country two years … was on league championship, league tournament championship and NCS Division II team in 2019-20 while earning first-team BCL East All-League Award … played on 2021 league championship and undefeated team … started all 20 games  in 2019-20 and had 21 assists and six goals … lost only one game in final two years of soccer … aside from athletics, was elected Equity and Inclusion Intern representative for The Athenian School and Equity and Inclusion independent study.

2024: Academic All-Conference.
2023: All-Midwest Conference second team … College Sports Communicators Academic All-District … Academic All-Conference.
