Attended Madison West High School, where he lettered four times in swimming and three times in soccer … named Madison West Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year … collected All-State honors in the 100 breaststroke and 200 freestyle relay, and received All-American consideration in the 200 freestyle relay … served as team captain as a senior and was an Academic All-American … in soccer, was All-Conference, All-Area and All-City first team while also earning honorable mention All-State honors … also served as team captain as a senior.
