Graduated from Morrisville High School and participated in softball, cheer and cross country … won the Varsity Triple Play Award … aside from athletics, finished third at the North Carolina History Day Research competition with Special Honors in Primary Sources, was Alpha Kappa Alpha Sigma Tao Omega Scholar and selected to participate in the John F. Kennedy Center Writing Intensive.
