    Volunteer Assistant Women's Golf Coach
Jennie Jackson is in her sixth season as volunteer coach for the Grinnell College Pioneers women’s golf team.

Jackson has spent the past eight years as a golf instructor. Since returning to Grinnell in 2012, she has seen seven of her clients go on to play Division I golf.

Previously, she was the assistant women's coach at Tulane University and the assistant women's coach at the University of Oklahoma.

As a collegian, Jackson, formerly Jennie Arseneault, posted ten top-10 finishes while recording a 75.3 career stroke average at University of Virginia. She was an honorable mention All-American and a two-time All-ACC selection from 2006-09.

Jackson won the 2008 Women's Western Golf Association (WWGA) National Amateur Championship, took home top honors at the Iowa State Women's Amateur in 2004, 2005 and 2006, qualified and participated in the 2006 U.S. Women's Open, and reached the quarterfinals of the 2006 U.S. Amateur and WWGA National Amateur Championship.

Jackson is a native of Grinnell, Iowa. Her brother, David Arseneault, is the head men's basketball and head women’s golf coach at Grinnell College. She and her husband Larry have four daughters: Deja, Naomi, Ava and Maya.

Jackson works in the Office of Development and Alumni Relations at Grinnell College.
