Born in Illinois. The daughter of Daniel and Maria Torres. She has one sibling.
High School:
Graduated from Oak Lawn Community High School in 2015. Was the President of Student Council, involved with research at Argonne National Laboratory, on the High Honor Roll all four years, a member of National Honor Society, Spanish Student of the Quarter, HOBY Leadership participant, raised 1,000 pairs of jeans for homeless teens, and awarded for completing more than 100 hours of community service. She also played soccer, where was an all conference player and made varsity as a freshman.
