Graduated from Montezuma High School where she participated in volleyball, basketball, track & field, and softball … for volleyball, was a two-time All-Conference player, voted Miss Hustle, and team captain … for basketball, was Academic All-State, Miss Hustle, Miss Bravette, and team captain … for track was a two-time state competitor … for softball was a four-time All-Conference player, and team captain … aside from athletics, was on the 2013 FFA Ag Communications State and National Champion Team, the FFA Farm Business Management State and National Champion Individual, All-State Speech Performer: Choral Reading, DAR Good Citizenship Award, FFA Chapter President, Paul Burgett Scholarship Recipient, Brownells, Inc. Scholarship Recipient, Student Council, BAR Award Recipient, and Iowa Governor’s Scholarship Award Recipient.
