Mike Nodzenski, a catcher from Naperville, Ill. (Naperville North), is this week's Grinnell Male Athlete of the Week. The three-time defending Midwest Conference South Division Player of the Year had an outstanding week where he hit an even .500 (7-for-14) with a homer, three RBIs and four runs scored. During the week he guided the Pioneers to a pair of shutout victories over Monmouth College as Grinnell remained in control of the MWC South Division. For the season, he is hitting .366 with six homers and 26 RBIs.
