Sage Juveland ’17, a 4-11 right-handed center fielder from Naperville, Ill. (Fenwick), carried a big bat for the Pioneers at the Midwest Conference Crossover, hitting a sizzling .632 in the five games. She was 12-of-19 at the plate with a homer, triple and 10 RBIs as the Pioneers earned their first two wins of the season. She also scored six runs and had an .895 slugging percentage. Additionally, Juveland had a spotless fielding percentage, recording five putouts and an assist in six attempts. Juveland is hitting a team-high .464 for the season.
