Isaiah Tyree ’15, a 6-1, 175-pound goal keeper from Rachos De Taos, N.M. (Taos), turned in a pair of big performances as Grinnell stopped a pair of Midwest Conference opponents over the weekend to extend its winning string in league play to three games.

On Saturday, he recorded four saves as the Pioneers beat Knox College 4-1. He followed that up Sunday with his second shutout of the season as the Pioneers won 4-0 over Cornell College.

Tyree, who had one save against Cornell, has a 1.43 goals against average and .746 saves percentage on the season.
