Cheyenne Hickox ’15, a 6-0 middle hitter from Granby, Colo. (Middle Park), shattered a Midwest Conference record by compiling a .933 attack percentage (14 kills and no errors on 15 attempts) in a 3-0 sweep of Beloit College on Saturday.

That breaks the previous mark of .871 set by Lis Pollack of Lawrence University in 2002. Additionally, Hickox was just shy of the NCAA Division III national record of .941 established by Steph Pearson of Gustavus Adolphus in 1991.

In three matches over the week, Hickox hit .477 and averaged 2.89 kills and 0.67 blocks a set.
