GRINNELL, Iowa – Ben Cooprider has been named Coordinator of Athletic Facilities at Grinnell College, according to Director of Athletics and Recreation Greg Wallace.

Cooprider has been with the College since 2009, serving as assistant baseball and football coach as well as instructor in the Physical Education department and liaison for the Student Athlete-Advisory Committee. He will continue to be the Pioneers' associate head baseball coach.

Cooprider earned his bachelor's degree in American Studies from Carleton College in 2006, and gained his master's degree in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Sports Management from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minn., in 2009.
