GRINNELL, Iowa – Grinnell College and St. Norbert College battled to a scoreless tie into the 66th minute of Saturday's men's soccer contest before the Green Knights eked out a 1-0 victory at Springer Field.
 
Grinnell is now 3-2-1 in the Midwest Conference and 7-5-1 overall, while St. Norbert improved to 5-1-0 in the league and 12-3 overall.
 
The Pioneers fired off seven shots in the game, with Antonio DiMarco '17 and Evan Sorenson '19 taking two apiece and Michael Kamp '18, Carlos Piedrasanta '20 and Nick Brule '17 recording one each.
 
Major May '17 recorded seven saves for the Pioneers, who entertain Lawrence University at 11 a.m. Sunday during Senior Day.
