LAKE FOREST, Ill. – The Grinnell College women's soccer snapped a five-game losing streak to Lake Forest College on Sunday afternoon, battling the Foresters to a 0-0 double-overtime tie.
 
After starting the season with just one win in six outings, Grinnell has gone 2-0-1 in its last three contests to move its overall record to 3-4-2 and 1-0-1 in the Midwest Conference. Lake Forest moved to 1-1-1 in league play and 4-4-1 overall.
 
Grinnell keeper Regan Kasprak '19 earned the shutout, her second of the season, while making five saves.
 
Grinnell managed 14 shots in the contest, with Simona Bambi '20, Nora Sahel '17 and Annika Helverson '18 taking two each.
