Another convincing spring break victory for Grinnell men's tennis team

ORLANDO, Fla. – For the second day in a row, the Grinnell College men's tennis team posted a convincing victory on its spring break trip to Florida.

 
The Pioneers' latest victory was a 6-3 decision over Hamilton College at the USTA Campus on Tuesday.
 
Doubles was the name of the game for Grinnell, as it swept all three matches with the duos of Bowen Mince '22-Sam Rudenberg '25 (8-7), Henry Bridgers '24-Jonah Gilmore '24 (8-3) and Aiden Klass '25-Karch Knoll '25 (8-4).
 
Leo Esztergomi '24 won a marathon at No. 3 singles by a 1-6, 6-3, 13-11 decision. Rudenberg and Bridgers posted wins of 6-2, 6-0 and 4-6, 6-3, 10-6 at Nos. 5 and 6 singles, respectively.
 
Grinnell, 5-6 on the year, meets Hobart College on Wednesday.
