All-Midwest Conference Football Team
GRINNELL, Iowa – For the second season in a row, Grinnell College has put three players on the All-Midwest Conference Football Team.

Grinnell's selections, all second-teamers, were
Ricky Eastern '28 on the offensive line,
Breck Bishop '26 on the defensive line and
Luke Konczal '29 at linebacker.

Eastern anchored an offensive line that helped the Pioneers rush for 1,665 yards this season, its highest total on the ground since 1996. That total ranked third in the MWC this season. Overall, Grinnell averaged 254.4 yards an outing.

Bishop ranked among the MWC leaders in both tackles for loss and sacks in 2025 and was top for Grinnell with 9.0 and 3.0, respectively. He also accumulated 54 tackles, including 23 solos.

Konczal was the MWC leader in tackles with 105 and led Grinnell in both solos with 49 and assists with 56. He also posted 4.5 tackles for loss and an interception.

MWC champion Monmouth College claimed all but one of the league's individual awards with James Conner (Offensive Line MVP), Brayden Deem (Offensive Skill MVP), Anthony Cikauskas (Defensive Line MVP), Ethan James (Defensive Skill MVP) and Chad Braun (Coach of the Year). Lake Forest College's James Jordan was named Newcomer of the Year.
