Grinnell men's swimming and diving team wins 12 events in Luther dual

Results

DECORAH, Iowa - Grinnell College's men's swimming and diving team claimed a dozen event titles on its way to a 185-110 victory at Luther College Saturday.

Aidan Donovan '28 and Evan Ingraham '29 were each quadruple winners for Grinnell. Donovan won the 50- and 100-yard freestyles in 21.19 and 47.53, respectively, and swam legs on the first-place 400 medley and 400 freestyle relays that had times of 3:33.25 and 3:09.73.

Ingraham was first in the 200 butterfly (2:02.02), 200 backstroke (1:59.61) and 100 butterfly (52.95) and was also on the 400 medley team with Chris Zhou '27 and Spencer Pfaff '29.

Other individual champs were Noah Tsukuda '27 in the 500 and 1000 freestyles (4:52.74 and 10:03.47), Evan Feilmeyer '28 in the 200 freestyle (1:46.93) and 400 individual medley (4:24.91) and Rommin Adl '26 in the 100 backstroke (53.63).

Joining Donovan in the winning 400 freestyle relay were Tsukuda, Adl and Pfaff.

Runners-up for Grinnell were Zhou in the 100 breaststroke (1:01.95), Daniel Yoo '29 in the 200 butterfly (2:10.02), Pfaff in the 50 and 100 freestyles (21.43 and 48.50), Adl in the 200 backstroke (2:00.51), Jafar Jarrar '27 in the 200 breaststroke (2:24.09) and Jackson Waters '28 in 1-meter diving (194.05).

Also at the meet, Feilmeyer swam the 1000 freestyle in 10:13.97, which ranks 19th all-time at GC.
