2025 All-Midwest Conference Women's Basketball Team
GRINNELL, Iowa - Considering the historically-successful season enjoyed by the Grinnell College women's basketball team, it only stands to reason that would be reflected in All-Midwest Conference selections.

For the first in 34 years, the Pioneers put two players on the All-MWC first team. Grinnell had three All-MWC selections overall, its highest total in 32 seasons.

Grinnell players earning first-team honors were
Sara Booher '25 and
Bailey Strovers '27.
Nikki Ware '25 collected second-team recognition. All three were All-MWC picks for the first time in their careers.

Booher averaged a double-double of 10.4 points and 10.6 rebounds a game, the latter which led the MWC. Booher was also tops in blocked shots per game at 3.2, which ranked among the national leaders. She set school records for career games played with 96 and rebounds in a season with 287.

Strovers ranked among the league's top seven in four categories. She was second in 3-pointers per game (2.0), third in rebounds per game (8.7) and free throw percentage (78.0 percent) and seven in scoring (12.9 points per game).

Ware led the league in both free throw percentage at 86.9 percent and 3-pointers per game with 2.3 an outing. She was sixth in assists per game (2.7) and 10
th in scoring (12.7 points per game). She set the school record for career free throw percentage (86.3 percent)

Ella Ten Pas of MWC champion Ripon College was named the MWC Player of the Year, while Erin Knowles of Cornell College earned Newcomer of the Year honors. Ripon picked up Coaching Staff of the Year recognition and Knox College earned the Sportsmanship Award.
