Competing in the men's age 40-44 division, Blevins was first in the 3-meter springboard competition. He scored a 232.60 points in six dives, easily beating the runner-up by more than 20 points.

Blevins, who competes for the East Coast Masters Diving Club, added a third-place finish in the 1-meter springboard competition. He tallied a score of 209.05.
