Ingraham leads the way for Pioneer men at St. Ambrose meet

DAVENPORT, Iowa - Evan Ingraham '29 claimed three event titles and jumped onto Grinnell College's men's swimming and diving 200-yard individual medley leader board in a dual meet Saturday at St. Ambrose University.

Ingraham's victories came in the 200-yard butterfly in 1 minute, 53.89 seconds, 200 backstroke in 1:55.11 and 200 individual medley in 1:56.54. His 200 IM time ranks 13th in program history. Other Grinnell winners were Rommin Adl '26 in the 100 backstroke (51.49) and Aidan Donovan '28 in the 50 freestyle (21.16).

Grinnell got runner-up finishes from John Kafumbe '28 in the 1000 freestyle (10:53.58), Adl in the 100 freestyle (47.00) and Evan Feilmeyer '28 in the 500 freestyle (5:00.29).

The Pioneers were also second in the 200 medley relay with Adl, Chris Zhou '27, Spencer Pfaff '29 and Donovan (1:33.98) and the 200 freestyle relay with Adl, Pfaff, Feilmeyer and Donovan (1:23.52).

St. Ambrose won the team title 165-96.
