Grinnell men's golf team wraps up action at UW-Eau Claire meet

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. - Grinnell College's men's golf team wrapped up the Wrigglesworth Blugold Invitational with a round of 323 for a total score of 632.

Roger Smith '28 and Max Shin '29 shared top honors for Grinnell with 80s on the final day of the event hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Smith, who had one birdie, posted an overall score of 158 and Shin, with the aid of two birdies, had a 161.

Everett Williams '29 had an 81 on the final day, Spencer Moody '29 and Josh Udelson '29 came in at 82 and Nathan Yan '30 shot 86. Moody and Udelson each had two birdies, while Williams and Yan tallied one apiece. Williams' overall total was 160, Moody had a 153, Udelson shot 163 and Yan finished with a 174.

John Dobbe of Dubuque won the individual title with a 139 and the host school was the team champ with a 584.
