Personal:
Born in Oak Park, IL . . . son of Steve Pahos . . . has two sisters, Lainie and Maggie

High School:
Graduated from Hinsdale Central in 2010 where he lettered in baseball three times, was elected MVP of his team, and held the school record for innings pitched . . . outside of athletics William was a member of the National Honor Society and received the J-Kyle Braid Leadership Award

College:
2011: All-Midwest Conference South Division Team selection
2013: Academic All-Conference.
