Background:
Born in Centreville, Virginia to Mike and Theresa. Graduated from Chelsea Academy in 2013. Has six siblings, Rev. Joseph, Mary, James, John, Jeanette Zettler, and Chris. 

High School:
Played both basketball and football. He was named team captain junior and senior year for football, as well as senior year for basketball. He was a 3 year starter for startup club program. In addition to athletics, he placed in the National Latin Exam Maxima Cum Laude in 2011 and Summa Cum Laude in 2012, was a National Merit Scholarship Program LEtter of Commendation, Rated in 96th percentile for USA Chess Players under 18, Placed 4th at Continental Class Chess Championships in Arlington, VA in 2010. Received 2 T.Carter Fussell Awards from Wayside Theatre for Outstanding Acting, 7 time high honor roll, 1 time honor roll.

College:
2016: Academic All-Conference.
At Benedictine: Was a 5 time Dean's List student at Benedictine College. While playing football for Benedictine, he earned the Relentless Raven Award, and had a perfect NFL passer rating in JV game vs Ottowa University in 2014.
