High School:
Attended Valley High School in West Des Moines. Academically was CIML all academic award all four years, honor roll all four years, selected for national council on youth leadership and a national honor society inductee. Athletically, participated in cross country two years, basketball four years, lettered twice, golf four years lettered each year. Elizabeth was also regional champion junior and senior year, girls city golf champion sophomore and junior year.

2010: Tied school record for blocked shots in a game with six before the mark was broken later in the season
