Born in Des Moines, Iowa … son of J.D. and Shana Rieber … has four siblings, Maya, Ava, Trace and Emma.
 
High School:
Graduated from Valhalla High School, where he participated in football and track and field … won 10 athletic letters, named first-team All-League in football, was on New York state semifinalist team in football, was Section One champion and All-League in track and field and won 2019 Valhalla Football Coaches’ Award … father played football at the University of Northern Iowa and grandfather played football at the University of Iowa … aside from athletics, was a member of the National Honor Society and president of the World Language Honor Society.
