Background:
Born in Dubuque, Iowa … parents are David and Leigh Ann Eaton … has two siblings, Emma and Elizabeth.
 
High School:
Graduated from Galena High School and competed in football, cross country, track and field and basketball … was NUIC All-Conference in offense and defense for football, NUIC All-Conference in track, member of All-State Academic Team in football and Telegraph-Herald All-Area first team on defense, football and track team captain, track state qualifier in 4x100 relay, 400 and 4x400 relay and gained 1,515 all-purpose yards in football with 11 touchdowns and four interceptions … aside from athletics, was an Illinois State Scholar, National Honor Society member, won President’s Education Award for Outstanding Academic Excellence, member of Quill & Scroll International Journalism Honor Society and won IHSA Scholastic Achievement Award.
