Born 4/7/1991 in Glenview, Ill. … son of Ken Offenburg and Melody Myers… has a brother, Ben.

High School:
Graduated from Glenbrook South in 2009, where he lettered in wrestling two years also being the team captain, track one year, and football two years… in track Sam was the Conference Champion in discus and all-conference along with being voted the most improved athlete for track and field… in wrestling he was team captain and a sectional qualifier … besides athletics he was a member of Peer Group Leadership Program.
