For the third time this season, Grinnell College’s Vidushi Sinha ’19 has been named the Midwest Conference Women’s Golfer of the Week.
Sinha, from Gurgaon, Haryana, India (Shri Ram School), recorded her third tournament victory of the season with a school-record performance at the Illinois Wesleyan University Fall Classic.
She tied school marks with scores of 2-under-par 70 each day, which led to a Pioneer all-time two-day best of 140 en route to beating out 73 other golfers for top honors.
Her efforts helped Grinnell set a team single-round record of 313 on the first day of the tourney.
