Grinnell's Vrishali Sinha '19 had a record-setting performance as she captured top individual honors at the 2016 Midwest Conference Women’s Golf Championships.

Sinha's overall score of 2-over-par 221 was 14 strokes better than the previous meet cord, set last season. Grinnell also won the team title with a score of 981. That easily bested the three-day tournament record of 1005, set in 2011 by Carroll University.
