Michael Brus '14 shattered his own school record in the 1000-yard freestyle during Saturday’s swimming and diving dual meet victory over Luther College. He won the event in 9:53.65, breaking his previous mark of 9:57.51. The two-time MWC Swimmer of the Year also won the 100 and 200 freestyles in 48.58 and 1:49.25, respectively, and was on the runner-up 200 freestyle relay team.
