Grinnell College’s Agne Lukoseviciute ’21 has been named the Midwest Conference Women’s Track and Field Performer of the Week for field events. The two-time All-American, from Darien, Ill (Hinsdale South), came up with two incredible performances in leading Grinnell to the team title at the Cornell College Hilltop Invitational Saturday. She recorded the seventh-best toss in the nation this season and crushed her own school record in winning the weight throw with a toss of 57-3/4. That easily passed her previous best of 53-1 established last year.,Lukoseviciute also won the shot put with a toss of 39-8 ½, a career best that is tied for the lead in the conference.
